TICKET APPLICATIONS FOR 2007 NCAA® MEN’S
FROZEN FOUR® IN ST. LOUIS AVAILABLE SATURDAY

ST. LOUIS — March 30, 2006 — The NCAA Men’s Frozen Four comes to St. Louis in 2007, and beginning this Saturday, April 1, fans may apply for tickets. The ticket application for the Frozen Four – the Division I men’s ice hockey national championship – will be available on the NCAA’s Web site, www.NCAAsports.com. All applications must be submitted electronically and are due by June 1, 2006.

Individuals who enter an application must pay the face value of each ticket book at the time the application is submitted, plus a $6 non-refundable handling fee. Ticket books cost $155 and provide admittance to the two semifinal games on April 5 and the championship game on April 7. Unsuccessful applicants will receive a full refund, less the $6 handling fee. There is a limit of four ticket books per household.

Because the demand for tickets to the Frozen Four is high, the NCAA awards tickets through a random selection process. From the allotment of tickets available to the general public, approximately half are held for priority ticket applicants (those who have previously purchased tickets, beginning with the 1997 Men’s Frozen Four). The remaining tickets will be available to those applying for the first time. For questions regarding the ticket application process, please call NCAA customer service at 800-801-9268.

The 2007 NCAA Men’s Frozen Four takes place April 5 & 7 at Savvis Center. The event returns to St. Louis for the first time since 1975. It is one of 10 NCAA championships that are taking place in the Gateway City this decade. The 2007 Frozen Four is hosted by the St. Louis Sports Commission and College Hockey America (CHA).
