TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE FOR ALL SIX SESSIONS OF THE 2009
NCAA® DIVISION I WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS
ST. LOUIS – March 18, 2009 – It's not too late to secure
tickets to the 2009 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, which start
tomorrow at Scottrade Center in Downtown St. Louis. While attendance is
up for this year's event, there are still seats remaining for all six
sessions of the tournament. Fans wanting to check out the action will
find affordable prices at the box office. Tickets start at only $9 for
sessions one through five; and $15 for the finals on Saturday night.
Fans may purchase tickets through Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com;
by phone at 314-241-1888; or in person at any Ticketmaster outlet, including
the Scottrade Center box office.
The NCAA Wrestling Championships are taking place in St. Louis for the
fifth time this decade. Last year at Scottrade Center, the event had total
attendance of 94,324. Organizers project this year's total will surpass
95,000. The 2009 Championships are hosted by the University of Missouri
and the St. Louis Sports Commission. The Championships return to St. Louis
