SINGLE-SESSION TICKETS FOR THE 2010
WARRIOR ICE BREAKER TOURNAMENT ON SALE NOW
ST. LOUIS – Sept. 17, 2010 – The puck drops on the 2010 Warrior Ice Breaker Tournament in just three weeks, marking the return of major college hockey to St. Louis. Single-session tickets are now on sale for the event, which takes place at Scottrade Center on Oct. 8 and 10. The Ice Breaker features four of the nation’s premier college hockey programs: Boston University, Holy Cross, Notre Dame and Wisconsin.
Fans can secure single-session tickets to this unique season-opening tournament through Ticketmaster. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000, and in person at all Ticketmaster outlets, including the Scottrade Center box office. Single-session tickets are good for either the two opening round games beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 8, or the consolation and championship games starting at noon on Sunday, Oct. 10. Prices are $35, $30, $25, and $15.
In addition to individual tickets, all-session tickets remain available. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster. All-session tickets provide admission to all four games. Prices are $65, $55, $45, and $25.
Groups of 20 or more can receive discounted all-session tickets. Group tickets can be purchased by calling 314-345-5111. The St. Louis Sports Commission is also selling special VIP Packages for the Ice Breaker Tournament. Packages include great seats, hospitality and more. The programs competing in the 2010 Ice Breaker share 11 NCAA titles. Boston University won the 2009 Division I championship; Wisconsin advanced to the 2010 Frozen Four final.
