THE GOOD SPORT AWARD

PRESENTED BY THE ST. LOUIS SPORTS COMMISSION ASSOCIATES

On November 17, 2012, the National Sportsmanship Awards will celebrate all that's right in sports. This remarkable evening honors athletes and personalities from around the nation for their integrity, class, selflessness, perseverance, kindness, community service and overall commitment to sportsmanship. In conjunction with the awards ceremony, the St. Louis Sports Commission's Associates – a group of area young professionals who volunteer to assist the Sports Commission's efforts – will present the Good Sport Award.

The Good Sport Award is given to a St. Louis area youth or high school athlete who demonstrates the ideals and very meaning of sportsmanship. The award winner, along with three family members, will be guests of the Associates at the National Sportsmanship Awards on November 17, 2012 and will be recognized at the event.
